Joerg Leinemann - President/Owner

Joerg has owned Carpets & Renovations by the Ocean for over 38 years. Beginning it all with only carpet cleaning, Joerg has built the company with his own two hands into something that all who work for him take pride in. Joerg and his companies are known very well throughout town and the surrounding areas. The percentage of repeat cliental alone tell us how well the business is thriving. When customers come back, over and over again, we must be doing something right! Come on in to the showroom and meet Joerg. Patricia Ford - Office Manager

Ms. Pat has been with our company for over 24 years. Her hard work and daily love for her job shows as she walks in every morning with a bright smile. She does a wonderful job at keeping everyone all straight and taking care of every financial end of our company. There are just some people you can’t do without and Ms. Pat is one of them!

Jamie Lawson - Sales Manager

Jamie has been with Carpets & Renovations by the Ocean for over 4 years. She brings her background of sales and an eye for design to the flooring and remodeling industry. Her knowledge and background are very useful in selling, designing, managing, and scheduling installations. Come into the showroom and see Jamie today, she’s ready to help you with your ideas!

Thomas Ford - Carpet Cleaner/Assistant Inspector

Tommy is our professional carpet cleaner. He has been with Carpets by the Ocean for 15 years. His knowledge and meticulous way about him make any customer pleased with the job. Tommy also is our office comedian; he keeps tension low and provides laughs all around.

Robert Helgeson - Sales Person/Installer

Robert Helgeson has been with Carpets & Renovations by the Ocean since 1993. He has worked in various aspects of the flooring department for over the past 18 years including Sales, Sales Manager, and Installer of hard surface floorings (ceramic, laminate etc). Robert also makes specialized area rugs as well as binds and repairs carpets. Robert is the top sales person for the company. knowledge of how to install and the product itself is key and gives him a greater ability to sell to our customers.
