Joerg Leinemann

President/Owner Joerg has owned Carpets & Renovations by the Ocean for over 40 years. Beginning it all with only carpet cleaning, Joerg has built the company with his own two hands into something that all who work for him take pride in. Joerg and his companies are known very well throughout town and the surrounding areas. The percentage of repeat cliental alone tell us how well the business is thriving. When customers come back, over and cover again, we must be doing something right! Come on in to the showroom to meet Joerg. You will find him here everyday doing whatever is needed to get the job done.

Robert Helgeson

Sales person/Installer Robert Helgeson has been with Carpets & Renovations by the Ocean since 1993. He has worked in various aspects of the flooring department for over the past 20 years including sales, sales manager and installer of hard surface floorings (Ceramic, Laminate etc.) Robert also makes specialized area rugs as well as binds and repairs carpets. Robert has the knowledge of how to install and the product itself is key and gives him a greater ability to sell to our customers. Come on in and talk with Robert, he is sure to help you with all of your flooring needs.

About Page Joerg ( add bio here ) Mike Burrier ( add bio here ) Rich Cropper Is a multigenerational eastern shore resident, with extensive experience in all phases of construction management. His attention to detail and communication skills will ensure each project runs seamlessly from beginning to end. Rich has a professional commitment to customer service as well as community involvement. This extends to industry associations such as the Eastern Shore Association of Builders and Contractors, local Chambers of Commerce, and the Delmarva Condominium Managers Association. His 14 years of coaching little league drew him into participating on the Berlin little league’s Board of Directors. Robert ( add bio here ) Jane Regner A recent transplant to the eastern shore from Harford County. Has been remodeling Kitchens and Baths in the Baltimore area for more than 30 years. Has extensive experience in all phases of interior remodeling. Specializing in Kitchen and Bath design.
